Legal Operations Manager
Lerca is a foreign-trained attorney who began her career at the firm as a paralegal during its early days and has grown into a broader management role. She ensures daily operations run smoothly, keeping the firm organized and responsive to client needs.
With over ten years of experience in corporate administration, higher education, and professional training, Lerca brings a wealth of expertise in management and organizational strategy. She has also authored and published legal books on labor law and legal philosophy in 2023 and 2024.
Outside of work, Lerca enjoys spending time with her family, often grocery shopping with her mother, and offering free legal advice to church leaders and members as part of her personal ministry. While she likes exploring the outdoors, she finds the most relaxing (and cost-effective) way to unwind is at home.
